An attractive 18th century stone cottage situated in the village of Dore on the edge of the Peak District and the City of Sheffield.
The property has been sympathetically refurbished retaining many of its original features
including black beams and low doors and ceilings. The owners John and Bobbie Drakeford live next
door. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and sleeps four
with additional accommodation in the form of a double sofa bed in the sitting room making a total
of six.
Off road parking is available.
Accommodation is offered with the use of the owners heated swimming pool next door when the weather permits. The pool is heated using modern solar equipment. The pool is 30' x 15' and has steps into the shallow end and is 3'3"- 7'6" deep. It is situated in a sunny mainly private location surrounded by a pleasant garden and lawns adjacent the park. The lawn is ideal for sunbathing. The pool is fenced all around. The pool is open Mid May to Early September.
